Group therapy sessions will be commencing the week beginning April 12 in Ruxton Court (off Dominick St). The group will meet weekly and there will be a maximum of eight participants in each group. There will be a Coping with Depression group held Mondays at 11.00am or Tuesdays at 6.30pm Coping with Anxiety sessions will be on Mondays at 6.30pm. and Coping with Grief or Loss on Tuesdays at 11.00 a.m.
